Over the years our suggestion form has been a valuable tool for for villagers, volunteers and family members wishing to share an idea about the way we do things at Cross Keys Village. Many improvements – large and small – started with a suggestion form.
Past suggestions have led to significant changes in many areas: safety is always at the top of our list: Villagers and frontline team members have alerted us to situations that were quickly addressed. Other helpful suggestions have led to adjustments in resident comfort, employee recognition, parking assignments, dress code and much more.
