Cross Keys Village had used WebFX as its SEO vendor and for two previous mid-size web build projects when it became clear that 2018 would be the year we rebuild the CKV website from scratch. Knowing the quality of WebFX’ work, the transparency of their billing, and the value of an established relationship, I didn’t shop the project around.

The project was stretched over 7 months, and the project manager, Kristina, did a great job bringing it all together on time. I traveled to Harrisburg twice for marathon design sessions, and the rest of the work was completed mostly via email and phone. It was my preference to be extremely “hands on” during the design and all my wishes were honored (although I was receptive when they came up with a more elegant solution than mine, as happened several times along the way). Once or twice, when I was overwhelmed or discouraged, FX slowed down the pace and answered my concerns with the best customer care. I probably used the telephone more (and the Basecamp less) than the average client, but FX adapted to my style of communication without problem. They provided me with well-made tutorials and screenshots so that when I “got the keys” and was able to fine-tune each page before the launch, I had no learning curve to speak of (we had remained in the WordPress universe).

With this large project behind me, I wholeheartedly recommend WebFX to other senior living organizations looking to improve their online presence.
