Lifespring – Opening Early 2025

A New Daytime Program

Lifespring Day Services is a vibrant and enriching program designed to alleviate caregiver stress while, more importantly, stimulating the mind, body, and spirit of individuals living with neurocognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. The Lifespring team receives expert training from our in-house memory care specialists, who apply the latest research and best practices to provide individualized care. The program focuses on creating a peaceful, supportive environment where those with neurocognitive disorders can flourish. It offers an affordable and convenient range of services, including personal care, medication management, meals, snacks, and bathing assistance.

Construction of Lifespring Day Services and Memory Support Resource Center was completed in the fall of 2024. The program will start operating shortly, when we receive our license fom the PA Department of Aging. Lifespring is the latest component in Cross Keys Village’s comprehensive portfolio of memory support services

Making Each Day Matter

Lifespring Day Services provides a secure setting, with clinical oversight from a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to ensure participants’ physical well-being. Lifespring Day Services at Cross Keys Village is specifically designed to combine health services with social activities in order to help participants stay mentally and physically engaged, reduce their isolation, and slow down any decline in their abilities. The program hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Each day we will provide a morning and afternoon snack, in addition to a hot meal at lunchtime which is included in the daily fee. We also will be offering personal care assistance, including toileting, medication administration and bathing. Friendships, love from others and support are human needs that never change. Lifespring offers a socially stimulating environment and fosters a sense of purpose and meaning in life, regardless of the person’s diagnosis.

Please note: To qualify for Lifespring Day Services, your loved one must be 18 years or older and have a diagnosis of a neurocognitive disorder, such as Alzheimer’s disease or another related dementia.
