This year’s Chicken BBQ fundraiser for the Friends of Cross Keys Village will be a drive-thru service. The pickup location is the Nicarry Meetinghouse canopy.
We are counting on you to pre-order your meals early this year, using the electronic form below or the printable order form. Pre-orders will help The Friends of Cross Keys Village determine the number of chicken dinners more accurately, reducing the risk of waste and the risk of disappointing latecomers. Pre-orders are preferred by August 2, and accepted until August 7.
Pre-ordered chicken dinners will be available for pickup on August 10 from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00. Each dinner includes 1/2 chicken, a baked potato, a roll and applesauce.
When you submit the pre-order form below, you will be transferred to the Friends’ PayPal site, where you can pay from your PayPal account or from a credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
Important: Please note that your online order isn’t complete until you get confirmation of payment from PayPal, and that a $1.00 surcharge per dinner has been added to online orders, to enable the Friends of Cross Keys Village to cover electronic payment fees.
